With your consent, these local-storage identifiers help us understand how visitors reach Testimint and progress through the self-serve setup journey. The identifier is pseudonymous rather than anonymous; it does not contain your name or email address.

Note: Growth analytics storage is only created after consent. Withdrawing consent deletes these browser identifiers. Server-side raw events are retained for no more than 180 days. We do not store IP addresses, email addresses, full referrer URLs, or user-agent strings in growth events.
4. Embedded Widgets and Forms
If you are a Testimint customer embedding our widgets on your website, please note:
- Display widgets: Testimint display widgets do not create cookies or persistent browser identifiers. When aggregate analytics are enabled, they send view and click events without a visitor identifier.
- Embedded forms: Submission forms use a random, tab-scoped session-storage value for abuse prevention and rate limiting. It expires when the browser session ends and is not stored with analytics events.
- Configuration: Add
analytics="false"to either embed element to disable its aggregate analytics events.
